# Request Properties

# Additional API Inputs

In addition to all the standard fields listed in the [Multi Field Request](https://docs.fullcontact.com/docs/multi-field-request-1) input, the Resolve API also supports additional API Inputs which can modify your request and response behavior.

| Body Attribute | Default Value | Description |
| -------------- | ------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `generatePid` | `false` | By default Person IDs are only generated and returned if the request data is found in the FullContact identity graph. If `generatePid` is set to `true`, a person ID will be returned for all API responses, whether there is sufficient information in the graph or not. |
